neighborrow.com [web 2.0 review]
neighborrow.com is a site that allows users to offer up items that they would allow to be borrowed or traded and other users can search and connect with the lister. Items such as Movies, Music, Video Games and Books are able to be listed.

Here we show a snippet of what search results would look like. The status of the item (Available, Borrowed) is shown as well as the user who has listed the item. The site is currently in Alpha and when I searched for items in Boston or New York I did not get any results.

Overall I feel this is a good site that allows you to ‘reuse’ an item you no longer have a need for and let someone else benefit from it. There is a clean Web 2.0 look and feel and nice flow to the site, time will tell if it will pop but they are one of the 25 companies on the Spigit.com launch and this may help accelerate their growth.

Thanks for the feedback- if you look again we have added many of our neighborrow-hoods and many of our users to our maps. We are working with ZEEMAPS to make finding neighborrow-ers, neighborrow-hoods, and neighborrow-goods as easy as possible. If you (or your readers) go back to http://neighborrow.com/locateNeighborrowhoods.php you will be able to find neighborrow-hoods (and stuff) in NYC, BOSTON, and elsewhere.
We look forward to providing you with more updates shortly.
